Thank you so much for celebrating Dear Hades‘s release with us!
We are honored that so many of you shared this book, posted lovely pictures, left reviews, and attended our release party.
We couldn’t have done it without you!
(If you shared or plan on sharing a post, please tag us @L2L2Publishing so we can feature you!)
We love to publish the kinds of books we love to read, that speak to us, that are great fun, or that we can’t stop thinking about. The entire Dear Hero series feels that way to our team.
We hope you will agree.
Not only that, our authors are the best, and we are so pleased to have been able to publish these books by Hope Bolinger and Alyssa Roat.
We’re excited to bring you more wonderful books!
Three releases are scheduled for 2024, and we can’t wait to tell you all about them.
In the meantime, take a look at our bookstore to see if there are any titles you’d like to catch up on while we get these new books ready for you to devour.
Happy reading!
And please leave a review of Dear Hades!

Coming soon: Lena’s Privilege by Kristen Stieffel, Silence by Laura L. Zimmerman, and Quell the Nightingale by Michele Israel Harper. Which new book are you most excited about?
Dear Hades is a spinoff story from the Dear Hero and Dear Henchman duology, and it can be read without reading any other book in the series.
You can get it now from your favorite retailer, or you can scroll down to the bottom of this post to buy it directly from L2L2 Publishing.
We hope you love this fun new story as much as we do!
About the book:
7:30 PM
Persephone: You ever wanna murder a deity?
7:34 PM
Hades: . . . Let me guess, your mom?
Persephone: Wow, babe. You’re great at this game.
Rising from the Underworld into the twenty-first century may have seemed like a second chance for Medusa, but love is elusive when heroes would rather slay a monster than date her.
Disliked for his dire prophecies, blind prophet Tiresias would rather make a new life for himself than join heroes on another monster-hunting venture. Perhaps meet someone . . .
The two match on DearHades, a dating app for resurrected monsters, shades, and demigods curated by Hades and Persephone, whose fate hangs in the balance of the app’s success. No pressure.
Caught amongst meddling gods, murderous heroes, and a classic Greek bet, Medusa and Tiresias may have signed up for more than a dating profile.
You are invited to an online release party!
This party is tomorrow at 7:30 PM EST! And even better? It’s online, so anyone can join.
Hosts Alyssa Roat, Hope Bolinger, and Michele Israel Harper are excited to chat with anyone who attends and give away many of their favorite books.
See you there!
We can’t wait to hear what you think of this new release from L2L2 Publishing.
And please leave a review!
Happy reading,
~The L2L2 Publishing Team

Up next: Cover reveal for our next release, Azriel by Lee James.
We adore the Firebrand Chronicles, as we’re sure you do as well, and to celebrate its release this Tuesday, we are compiling a boxed set.
Yes, you heard that correctly: We are creating a boxed set for the complete Firebrand Chronicles. Cue all the fireworks!
J.M. Hackman has written a few extra short stories to include with the complete chronicles, and we are looking at a summer release date.
And now would you like to see the gorgeous boxed set image created by Sara Helwe Digital Arts?
Of course you do!
Thank you for stopping by this spot on J.M. Hackman’s blog tour for the final book in the Firebrand Chronicles, Burn. Check out the schedule below for tomorrow’s blog stop!
And be sure to RSVP {>>>Right here<<<} for the online release party this Thursday. The party hosts, Laura A. Grace, J.M. Hackman, Jebraun Clifford, and Michele Israel Harper, have such exciting things planned for the evening. We hope you have a wonderful time.
We are so excited about this next release from L2L2 Publishing!
Burn by J.M. Hackman is the third and final book in the Firebrand Chronicles, and although we are sad to see the series end, it is such a good ending. We cannot wait to hear what you think of it!
To celebrate Burn’s release, we’ll be kicking off with a blog tour tomorrow through the end of next week, celebrating its release all day on the 26th, and finishing off with an online release party on Thursday the 28th.
We are pleased to bring you the soft release of Ghostly Vendetta, the prequel novella to Zombie Takeover.
A little about the book itself:
“Dare to spend the night in mysterious Rutherford Hall! When? The 175th anniversary of the Rutherford family’s unsolved murder. Ghosts guaranteed. Cash prize: $5,000. Want more deets? Ask Tyler, Stewart, or James.”
I laughed aloud as I read the flyer. Yeah, right. To think that I, Candace Marshall, world’s biggest scaredy-cat, would go anywhere near some haunted house, much less spend the night in one. I crumpled the stupid thing, pitched it in the nearest trash can, and went on my merry, oblivious, and soon-to-be-scared-out-of-my-mind way.
* * *
Candace Marshall doesn’t do ghosts. Or zombies. Or vampires. Or mummies.
Anything scary, really.
When she finds herself signed up for a dare she’s gone out of her way to avoid, things spiral out of control. Quickly.
Stuck in a mansion alongside a vengeful spirit, a miffed boyfriend, and a room full of people she doesn’t know or even like (if she’s being completely honest here), she must decide whether to act brave or let the coward within show.
Or kill the person who got her involved in the first place.
Join Michele Israel Harper and Laura A. Grace to celebrate this new release at the online release party this evening from 8-10 p.m. EST.
Also, our cover artist, Sara Helwe Digital Arts, created the next cover in the series for a special cover reveal during the party tonight. Hope to see you there!
Burn is the third and final book in the Firebrand Chronicles. If you haven’t read the first two books, Spark and Flare, now is the perfect to catch up before Burn releases on May 26th!
From the back cover:
Life: 1. Brenna James: 0.
An AWOL talent, an enemy-occupied hometown, and a Life Shade boyfriend—Brenna James just wants something to go right. Although her family has been given sanctuary in Syeira, Brenna will never be safe as long as Rune is hunting down and killing Firebrands.
Can someone please wake her up already?
When a prophecy sends Brenna and Baldwin on a confusing quest, they aren’t sure where to begin. They must find the Caelestis Staff, a powerful object that both cuts and mends space itself. Rune wants it too, and he’ll use any lethal tactics necessary to obtain it.
Yeah, nightmare material right there.
A traveling oasis, plenty of man-eating mermaids, and one Skeleton King later, Brenna seriously doubts she has the edge she needs to confront Rune. When Brenna’s faced with the biggest test of her life, will she burn like the Firebrand she is? Or will she burn out?
And now for the lovely cover itself.
Thank you for joining us today, and we hope you love this gorgeous cover and wonderful new book as much as we do!
We are pleased to reveal three new titles soon to be added to our L2L2 Library. Release dates coming soon!
Silence the Siren:
Huntress Ro LeFèvre is offered a job to hunt down and kill a pest plaguing the Seven Seas. A siren has been sinking the king of Angleterre’s ships, and in turn, vast amounts of his wealth.
Fleeing heartbreak, Ro gladly accepts, but there’s just one problem. The king will credit the Marquis de la Valère, and no other women are allowed on the voyage.
Ro will just see about that.
Hiring an all-female crew without the king’s knowledge, Ro hopes they will follow her to the Caribbean, not take the gold and flee.
But when Ro is plunged deep into the ocean by the siren she’s being paid to kill, presented the sirens’ side of the story at knife point, and pressed to join them or die, Ro must decide whether to complete her mission, join the sirens, or something in between.
Before the sirens sink the ship full of men above.
This fast-paced, high-action adventure is a Little Mermaid reimagining and the second book in the Beast Hunter series.
Queen of the Moon:
Zy has no memory of life before ruling her moon. And it doesn’t bother her in the slightest. Each day is the same: get yelled at by her mother—who is not happy to have been dragged along to the moon’s wasteland—stroll through her town to ensure everything is running smoothly, and then dance under the stars until the Silvers show up for their nightly battle.
And her people watch her fight for them night after night, hatred burning in their eyes.
Her people may snub her, may whisper of overthrowing her, but Zy couldn’t care less. She is queen, and she will be until the Silvers defeat her or she finds a way out of her bargain with the King of the Underworld.
Or so she thinks until a stranger breaches the barriers of her moon for the first time.
As the only one standing between her people and the annihilation of the human race, Zy isn’t about to let some attractive stranger end her rule—but a little flirting never hurt anyone. Anything to keep him from discovering her secret.
Ghostly Vendetta:
“Dare to spend the night in mysterious Rutherford Hall! When? The 175th anniversary of the Rutherford family’s unsolved murder. Ghosts guaranteed. Cash prize: $5,000. Want more deets? Ask Tyler, Stewart, or James.”

About the Author:
Michele Israel Harper spends her days as an acquisitions editor for L2L2 Publishing and her nights spinning her own tales. Sleep? Sometimes… She has her Bachelor of Arts in history, is slightly obsessed with all things French—including Jeanne d’Arc and La Belle et la Bête—and loves curling up with a good book more than just about anything else.
Author of Wisdom & Folly: Sisters, Zombie Takeover, Beast Hunter, Kill the Beast and the soon-to-be-released Silence the Siren, Queen of the Moon, and Ghostly Vendetta, Michele prays her involvement in writing, editing, and publishing will touch many lives in the years to come.
